This project began at the conceptual masterplan level massing out options for roughly 3 blocks of riverfront property of new construction. The programming needs of the site included ground floor retail, restaurant, and art showroom spaces, with residential units or hotel rooms on the upper floors. A main emphasis of the studies was for the main ancho retail who plans to build out a new design showroom and rooftop restaurant on this site.
